Introducing NMotion’s first-ever Summer Learning Series hosted by Lisa Braden, MS, LD/RD! This series is designed to teach you about wellness, nutrition, exercise, your digestive system and much more.
The series will include five classes: The Secrets of Wellbeing, GI Foundations, Nutrition Foundations, Eat for your Genes and Sports Nutrition 101. You can attend a specific class that interests you or all five! Each of the five classes will be offered several times to allow you to attend whenever is most convenient for you!
