It is with regret that we inform you that Norman Regional has made the decision to close the NMotion Sports and Human Performance Center. While this chapter is coming to an end, we remain committed to ensuring that your care transitions as smoothly as possible.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our exceptional providers at NMotion, including Amanda Sadler, MD, and József Szendrei, whose dedication and expertise have been at the heart of our mission to deliver outstanding care. Their contributions have made a profound impact on the lives of our patients and the community.

At this time, we do not have information about Dr. Sadler's future plans but will share updates as soon as they become available. If you would like to share your contact information with Dr. Sadler, you may email DocSadlerMD@gmail.com. Please note that this email address is not intended for patient care.

Mr. Szendrei will be in contact with clients to provide further guidance during this transition.

Refunds:

Refunds will be provided for patients who have pre-paid for packages, using the same payment method originally used to purchase the package.

Accessing Patient Records:

You may access your patient records through the patient portal at www.optimantra.com.

• Log in to optimantra.com.
• Click Documents and Handouts to access lab results and handouts.
• Click Treatment Plans to access visit notes and treatment plans.

Alternatively, you may request records by emailing nmotion@nmotionok.com through January 31st.
