Come join us at the Motion Mob Kickoff Event! The Motion Mob is NMotion's new movement club that will meet every Thursday night. We will gather on the turf in the back of the YFAC to begin our 5k walk, jog or run at 6 p.m. and have food trucks and vendors to enjoy on the turf following the 5k! There will also be a water stop at Stoic Gym halfway through the 5k course. All are welcome to attend! This is a stroller and pet-friendly event, so bring the whole family. We look forward to seeing everyone there to kick off our new movement club!
