Infrared Sauna Protocol: 

Before visiting us at NMotion for your infrared sauna session, please make sure that you have adequately hydrated by drinking at least 8 oz of water. Additionally, you are welcome to bring a small gym bag, BPA-free water bottle, towel, swimwear and robe. Following your infrared sauna session, it is important to rehydrate with at least 12 oz of water and electrolytes.
