Mandi Carmean, Supervisor of NMotion Sports and Human Performance Center, brings a wealth of experience and a deeply personal approach to her role. With a diverse background spanning family practice, dermatology, rheumatology and OB/GYN, Mandi has cultivated a unique perspective that marries the precision of Western medicine with the holistic insights of functional medicine.

Mandi's journey into the world of sports medicine and human performance is fueled by her firsthand experiences as the mother of an elite athlete. Countless hours spent on the sidelines, providing care for injured teammates, have not only honed her expertise in the physical demands of high-level competition but have also ignited a passion for understanding the nuanced needs of athletes. This passion extends to educating and assisting athletes in achieving and maintaining peak performance through optimal nutrition, hydration and care.

Clients can expect to be met with Mandi’s dedication to delivering exemplary care, with a strong emphasis on understanding and bridging the gap between client needs and service delivery. Her goal is clear: to ensure that every client receives personalized, informed service that addresses their specific health, wellness and performance goals.

Outside of work, Mandi is deeply committed to her family and enjoys swimming, softball and spending quality time with her children at their sporting events, including college softball and cheerleading. She also cherishes outdoor activities with her doodles and family, embodying the same spirit of health and wellness that she promotes at NMotion.
