József “Yo-Yo” Szendrei's, CSCS, FST, journey from an exchange student in the United States in 1996 to a renowned Sports Performance Coach at NMotion Sports and Human Performance Center is a story of passion, dedication and a commitment to enhancing human performance through structured work, mental toughness and discipline.

With his academic roots planted at Northeastern Junior College and later flourishing at the University of Oklahoma, József's coaching career began at Texas Tech University in 2007, later taking him to the University of Oklahoma until 2015, and finally to him founding his own gym, Gym Integrity here in Norman.

Throughout his coaching career, József has had the privilege of being a major player in the preparedness of athletes who would go on to shine as professionals in tennis, basketball and football, including NBA and NFL draft picks.

This experience has given him a profound understanding of the makings of greatness in the realm of sports. His desire for knowledge and improvement has equipped him with a wide array of practical and scientific insights, which he leverages to continuously refine a sophisticated approach to sports performance training.

Beyond the gyms, courts and fields, József's heart belongs to his family. Together with his wife, Natasha, a former OU student Athletic Trainer who furthered her expertise with a Master’s in Athletic Training, they share the joys and challenges of parenting their son, József Milan and daughter, Gael Marie.

His approach not only transforms athletes into their best selves but also inspires a culture of discipline, hard work and continuous learning. With József, the quest for peak human performance is a relentless journey marked by the milestones of those he trains and the personal fulfillment found in every stride forward.
